When will I receive my order?

Melula uses the Danish Postal Service and GLS Within Europe exclusively. Outside Europe by private carriers.

Orders received Mondays-Fridays before 12:00 p.m. (CET) will be shipped in between the next 1-4 days. Items ordered on weekends or later than 12:00 p.m. (CET) will normally be shipped within between the next 1-4 business days.

Shipping within Europe usually take 5-7 business days. Shipments outside Europe takes around 5-7 business days. In the case of an unstocked items - due to high demand - we will dispatch your order with a few days delay.

Please note that the distribution center is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Return of goods

New and unused goods, bought through this web site can be returned to Melula within two (2) weeks of order according to the european unions revocation right

Goods shall be returned in the same state as it was received, unused, with all labels and packaging intact. If the product has been used / opened, we reserve the right to refuse the returned item.

When we have received your goods, and find they are in mint condition we will refund your all your money - subtracted our shipping and restocking costs.
